Taking to press, the Official Charts Company announced that ‘Break My Soul’ is in contention for the #1 single in the country. In their latest report, the song is set to bound from the #6 spot all the way to #2. However, it seems poised to head-to-head with the country’s current #1 single, ‘Afraid to Feel’ by LF System.
Elsewhere, her album ‘Renaissance’ is eyeing a #1 debut on the country’s album chart.
If she manages to gain the #1 song and album, then she would achieve a rare UK Chart double that few have had the ability to do before.
Back on the singles chart, her songs ‘Cuff It’ and ‘I’m That Girl’ could also land spots in the chart’s upper region as they are eyeing a #10 and #11 debut respectively.
The news comes as ‘Break My Soul’ is also an early contender for a #1 spot in the United States on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
